On-site Service Visits
Your subscription includes a yearly warranty of professional-grade Unifi hardware, initial setup by customer requirement, 24/7 remote monitoring, unlimited remote support tickets, and discounted on-site visits when needed. It’s complete network peace of mind.
The annual fee is 30% of your original equipment purchase price. For example, if your Ubiquiti installation costs $10,000, your annual Fail Safe subscription would be $3,000. This covers all the services outlined in our agreement.
We start with a free network assessment. Our engineers will evaluate your space, user count, devices, and performance requirements to design the perfect solution—no guesswork on your part.
During an active subscription, we make an immediate replacement, no questions asked, on our expense.
You keep the equipment (you purchased it), but you lose access to our support services, monitoring, warranty enhancements, and automatic updates. You can continue using the equipment with Ubiquiti’s standard warranty.
We currently provide remote support nationwide in Macedonia
We cover the network equipment and its operation. We don’t cover end-user devices (computers, phones), software issues unrelated to networking, or major infrastructure changes like rewiring entire buildings (though we can quote those separately).
